About Y2L...

OUR STORY...

The world’s greatest need is for leaders capable of driving comprehensive and sustainable transformation, grounded in strong moral values and integrity.

Cycles of ineffective leadership will continue unless intentional investment is made in developing the next generation. Building a new culture of leadership requires reshaping how leadership is understood, practised, and modelled. This calls for well-designed programmes built on sound principles, clear values, and practical frameworks for developing young leaders.

In response to this need, the International Leadership Foundation established the Leadership and Development Studies (LADS) curriculum as part of a broader initiative, the Young Leaders League (Y2L), to equip emerging leaders with the mindset, skills, and character required to lead responsibly in a complex world.

In addition, the programme has been expanded to include a Diploma in Educational Leadership, providing educators with the opportunity to strengthen their youth development expertise and advance their professional growth.

We recognise the critical role teachers play in shaping the next generation. For this reason, Young Leaders League (Y2L) places intentional focus on equipping and supporting educators as key partners in leadership development.
